Many participants of a CoP may not feel confortable in using new and unknown ICT tools. The explanation on how to use the virtual tools to "ICT confident" participants turned out to be very useful! In the Italian CoP "Vivi e Gusta il Montefeltro" after a few face to face meetings on how to use the virtual community tools some participants volunteered on supporting others on the use of ICT tools. ICT confident participants met with other participants to practice on the virtual tools used for communication and activities within the CoP. In very little time almost all participants used the virtual community to comunicate.
